Phishing

This looks like a standard password input screen, but is actually a phishing request that pops up every 15 minutes. I thought my mac was immune. Help!

Yesterday, the popup was phishing for Twitter instead of Google. I reset everything, but the popup persists.



Update: I do not have an issue as long as I use Firefox instead of Safari.
