My Exercise Program
My goal is 7.5 miles (or thirty minutes)/day, four days per week, two hours/week on the exercise bike, plus whatever walking Monica and I do.
You might notice an obsession with my fantasy baseball team or curmudgeonly views on politics, local and national. (Is there a difference between cults and political parties?) Cool, and even well written, stories about Asia if you scroll back far enough.
