Fantasy Baseball Week 6
The standings were less embarrassing this week, as Moore Ons of my Yahoo Winner league advanced from 10th place to 4th place. Yakking Muggers advanced from the lowest tier to a tier slightly closer to the middle of the pack. Jay Bruce ranked as the player of the week and helped both teams. The turn-around performances of Yu Darvish and Tim Lincecum were also big for the Muggers.
The Asakusabashi Darfish had a sold week, all around-- more ground was made up than is represented by the points. Bartolo Colon ended up being the lone two start pitcher as the second Samardzija start was moved all the way to Tuesday. Bench pitchers Darvish, 10 K, W and Bedard, 9K, W were good. Darvish, Hamels, Moore and Samardzija should each be two start pitchers this week, with Hanson the lone one starter. Trevor Bauer, Jarrod Parker, Bartolo Colon and Erik Bedard are benched. Daniel Hudson and Kyle Farnsworth are still injured.
Allen Craig was activated, so Mitch Moreland was droppable. The entire bench is now pitchers.
